Jakarta, February 27th,2023 – Yayasan Karya Bakti United Tractors (YKBUT) carries the theme “Building the Country with the Spirit of One Spirit to Achieve One Goal” in commemoration of YKBUT’s 15th Anniversary on (27/02). Entering its 15th year, YKBUT is determined to strengthen its commitment to positively contribute to Indonesia through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) implementation in its business operations.
Fifteen years is not a short journey, and the future will be full of challenges. This further encourages YKBUT to continue positively impacting Indonesia by improving the quality of education through the schools it has established, namely the UT School and the Indonesian Heavy Equipment Professional Certification Institute (LSP ABI), with the objective of producing high-quality HR (Human Resources).
“YKBUT’s developments are extraordinary, from providing HR services to building management mechanics, then expanding to other professional certification expertise and health services. I believe that in the future, YKBUT will continue to grow and become more professional,” said the HCGS & SHE Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), Ari Sutrisno.
Another series of events during the YKBUT Anniversary was announcing the “The Most Innovative Company” rotating trophy award, in which PT Kanitra Mitra Jayautama (KAMAJU) won this achievement.
The celebration of YKBUT’s Anniversary was also filled with various activities involving all employees, such as Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI), Fashion Week, Employee Family Appreciation (Scholarship), Inovy, Best Talent Award, Championship Week, singing competitions, and quizzes.
YKBUT will always deliver various efforts to build the nation for the sustainability of Indonesia through the 4 (four) pillars of YKBUT’s public contribution program, namely in the fields of Education, Health, Environment and Social Affairs.
