Compliant to accountability principle of Good Corporate Governance, PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company”) establishes a whistleblowing system and a special team that can assist and related stakeholders to make a report on possibility of fraud, inappropriate transaction or abuse of authority that happens within the Company business activities.
The Company establishes a special Whistleblowing team to manage the system and to enhance transparency and accountability.
