United Tractors Organizes Safety Riding Training to Raise Awareness of Driving Safety

Jakarta, October 15, 2024 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) reaffirms its commitment to driving safety awareness by holding a Safety Riding Training activity in collaboration with the East Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit (Satlantas) and the UT employee motorcycle hobby club, Owners Motor Community (OMC). This event aims to increase participants’ knowledge of safe driving practices. In its implementation, 59 male and 11 female participants attended this activity, consisting of representatives of the UT Group and various tenants.

This training is divided into two sessions: material and direct practice. In the first session, there is a class that discusses safety riding techniques. Then, in the second session, there is a two-wheeled driving practice that is guided and evaluated directly by the East Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit. It is hoped that participants who have received training can become role models and spread awareness of safe riding in their environment to minimize and prevent traffic accidents. This is consistent with the company’s pledge to support community sustainability by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects throughout its operational areas.
