United Tractors Organizes Fogging Activity to Prevent Dengue Fever in West Cakung, Jakarta

Jakarta, April 27, 2024 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) continues its efforts to improve health in the surrounding areas of its operational sites through various initiatives. This time, UT conducted a health program by carrying out fogging activities in the primary area around UT, specifically in RW 09, West Cakung, East Jakarta. The main objective of this program is to protect the community from Dengue Fever (DBD).

The beneficiaries of this activity included 2,564 individuals from 836 households spread across four neighborhood units (RT). The fogging was carried out by experienced personnel, with the assistance of residents, to identify hard-to-reach areas. Additionally, this fogging activity utilized special chemicals that are safe and environmentally friendly. Through this initiative, the incidence of Dengue Fever in RW 09 Cakung Barat can be reduced, thereby improving the overall health quality of the community.
