Jakarta, January 24, 2024 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) strengthens its commitment to improving the quality of education in Indonesia through the UT Partner School (SOBAT) program. This time, UT held a Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) for the Riau and West Sumatra areas, located at SMK Global Cendekia, Kampar, Riau Province. In its implementation, this activity was attended by seven partner schools for two days on January 22–23, 2024. The discussions in this activity included the evaluation and strengthening of the SOBAT 2024 Grand Plan, which contains progress, achievements, feedback, and encourages the acceleration of links & matches between schools and UT as industrial partners.

UT held this Rakorda to provide a forum for schools to collaborate in creating quality education programs. In addition, this program is hoped to create graduates who are experts in their fields and can build a good school reputation. This real contribution is a form of UT’s commitment to strengthening the company’s sustainability position and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, as well as an effort to create added value and foster a more talented, competitive, and independent younger generation in Indonesia.
