PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) demonstrates its commitment to its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program through the Employee Voluntary Program (EVP). As part of this program, UT collaborated with the Asosiasi Bina Insani Professional Certification Institute (LSP ABI) to serve as judges for the Mine Excavator Competition held at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) on February 20–22, 2024.

EVP is one of UT’s main strategies in involving employees as an important part of implementation. Through this program, UT is not only able to make a real contribution to society but also strengthens the bond between the company, the employees, and the community as a whole.

In the Indonesian Students Mining Competition (ISMC), which was followed by 15 teams from various universities in Indonesia, Abdul Hasim, a Service Expert and Assessor LSP ABI from UT, had the opportunity to be one of the judges or assessors. His task was to judge the Mine Excavator Competition, a competition that challenges the analytical skills, creativity, and teamwork of the participants in finding the optimum specific energy with the initial excavation angle.

Through EVP, UT not only helps build trust and goodwill with stakeholders but also reaffirms its commitment as a responsible and active part of society in sustainable development.
