The Expo AHEMCE 2024: Strengthening the United Tractors Group’s Innovation, Cooperation, and Harmony Spirit

To welcome the “New Architecture” landscape for the period 2025 – 2027, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) hosted the annual agenda of The Expo – AHEMCE People and Public Contribution in 2024. This event carries the theme “Accelerate New Architecture of Business through Collaboration & Harmony” as the Company Group’s strategy in the coming year. This event was implemented at the Grand Ballroom UT Head Office, Jakarta, on August 21-22, 2024.

The Company’s strategy was prepared in the Pre-Leadership Meeting (Rapim) People and Public Contribution Strategy 2025, which started from the bottom-up initiative plenary stream People and Public Contribution. From these results, the executive ranks conducted a focus group discussion (FGD) to finalize the People and Public Contribution Strategy 2025. The peak event was marked by Commitment to Action as a symbol of the Company’s commitment to creating a solid, sustainable, and growing organization amidst dynamic business challenges.

On the last agenda, the recognition session became a moment of appreciation from UT as a holding company to the Affiliated Company (Affco) for the company’s performance. In addition, there was a talk show featuring the topics of “The Harmony of DEI in the Workplace” and “Working Culture: Are You Happy?”. At this event, there was also an exhibition attended by PAMA, UTPE, BP, YKBUT Group, UMKM Fostered by UT, the Indonesian Autism Foundation, the Indonesian Special Family Forum (Forkesi), and the Association of Parents of Children with Down Syndrome (POTADS).

Align with the UT Group’s commitment, this event is expected to strengthen the Company’s commitment to constantly collaborating to achieve shared goals.
