Supporting the MSMEs Fostered by United Tractors, Kopkar Kanitra Inaugurates KanitraPreneur Program at Several Kanitra Mart Branches

To improve the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), PT United Tractors Tbk Employee Cooperative (UT Kopkar Kanitra) officially introduced the KanitraPreneur program at the Kanitra Mart Branch. This program aims to expand the reach of KanitraPreneur benefits to all Company branches in Indonesia. Currently, KanitraPreneur is available in several locations, including the Kanitra Mart Surabaya Branch, the Kanitra Mart Balikpapan Branch, and the Kanitra Mart Tanjung Branch. 

In its implementation, the inauguration of KanitraPreneur coincided with the Grand Opening of Kanitra Mart Surabaya Branch, New Office PT Bina Pertiwi (BP) Surabaya Branch, and UT School at UT Surabaya Branch on (23/08/2024). The event was also attended by Human Capital and Sustainability Director UT and Kopkar Kanitra Trustee, Edhie Sarwono; President Director BP and Supervisory Chair  Kopkar Kanitra, Mahmudi; UT Karya Bakti Foundation (YKBUT) Chair and Supervisory Member  Kopkar Kanitra, Endang Tri Handajani; also Management Chair Kopkar Kanitra, Lidya Fortuna. 

KanitraPreneur is Kopkar Kanitra’s flagship CSR program in social creativity in collaboration with UT CSR. This program was first inaugurated on (20/06/2024) at Kanitra Mart Jakarta, UT Head Office. It is hoped that this program can constantly be developed in line with the growth of Kopkar Kanitra’s expansion in the Company’s branches/sites throughout Indonesia to support the development of MSMEs in various regions and improve community welfare through economic empowerment. This aligns with the Company’s commitment to make a real contribution to Indonesia’s economic growth by creating sustainable added value.
