Successfully Managing Human Resources Optimization, Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia Wins the TOP Human Capital Award 2024

The KRA Director, Nasihin, and the Division Head of Human Capital, Finance, & General Support KRA, Hendy Nugroho, received the TOP Human Capital Award 2024.

PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (KRA), a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), won an award at the TOP Human Capital Award 2024 event organized by TOP Business Magazine with the theme Aligning The Organization to Business Growth Strategy. KRA won two categories: the Five Star award, Excellent Level, and the Most Committed Top Leader on Human Capital 2024 award, which Nasihin, the KRA Director, won. This is an appreciation event for companies that have excelled in performance and successfully implemented a human capital management system (HCMS) to manage their business effectively. This award was presented directly to Nasihin at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta (30/10/2024).

This award is evaluated through invitations for companies with top-tier HCMS management, the results of the jury interviews, assessments of Top Management, and the selection of winners in a plenary jury session. Meanwhile, the winner’s predicate classification is determined based on achieving the One to Five Star level, with Five Star as the highest rating, indicating optimal alignment between HCMS and the Company’s business strategy.

In addition, Nasihin, as a Director In Charge (DIC) of Human Capital, received the Most Committed Top Leader on Human Capital 2024 award, which is the highest award for a Company leader. Nasihin is considered to have dedication and vision in directing the Company’s human capital strategy towards the highest standards in the remanufacturing industry.

This award is concrete evidence of the Company’s efforts in adapting to the challenges of increasingly complex business changes through implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects and developing the Company’s systems and human resources. This is consistent with the Company’s commitment to supporting sustainability aspirations.
