Successfully Implementing Sustainable Business Practices, United Tractors Wins an Award at the 2024 Sustainable Business Integrity Index Awards

PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) is among the 100 selected companies honored at the Sustainable Business Integrity Index Awards Night. This event recognizes companies demonstrating high commitment and integrity in sustainable business practices. It is organized by Transparency International Indonesia (TII) in collaboration with Tempo Data Science. UT won the RUBY category award, which was presented to Investor Relations Manager Ari Setiawan at the Salihara Arts Center, South Jakarta, on December 10, 2024.

“This award motivates us to carry out more transparent and sustainable business practices initiatives, prioritizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. We believe that consistent ESG implementation supports more inclusive business growth and strengthens trust and harmonious relationships with all stakeholders,” said Ari Setiawan.

The 2024 Sustainable Business Integrity Index RUBY Award Received by UT.

The RUBY category reflects a company’s high performance, with an average integrity index score of 78.95 within a range of 75–84. This score indicates excellence in integrating anti-corruption principles, respect for human rights, ecosystem sustainability, and environmental protection into corporate governance. The award selection process began in June–July 2024 and included data collection from 100 companies, scoring, media monitoring, preliminary index determination, and a grace period. In August 2024, evaluators held discussions and finalized the index to determine the winners.

The Sustainable Business Integrity Index is a measurement tool for evaluating companies or organizations that uphold ethical and sustainable business practices. This award aims to recognize companies dedicated to fostering a greener and more ethical future for Indonesia.

This recognition proves UT’s commitment to making integrity and sustainability central to its strategic business decisions. The hope is that this achievement will positively impact the company’s reputation while enhancing trust among consumers, investors, employees, and stakeholders.
