Successful Human Resource Development, United Tractors Received The Fourth Awards at The 2023 HCREA

Jakarta, July 5th,2023 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) once more demonstrated its success in the field of Human Capital (HC) by winning the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) 2023. This award was given directly by First Indonesia Magazine to UT at Peninsula Hotels, Jakarta.

The categories that UT won included The Best In Women Empowerment Strategy, The Best Organization Structure, The Best Employer Branding, and The Most Resilience Company 2023. In addition, Warno Santoso (Reward, Performance & Industrial Relations Department Head) also won the award as The Best Leadership Development Focus on HC.

The HCREA 2023 aims to map the problems and challenges faced by the HC division in the Company. Digital transformation is moving quickly and maintaining safety and work culture in the Company environment. The HCREA 2023, with the theme “Resilient Human Capital with Global Competitiveness,” is expected to be a new driving force and enthusiasm for business people in realizing HC innovation amid digital transformation and business resilience today.
