Realizing the Achievement of Operational Excellence and Customer Experience, United Tractors Held the 2023 Command Center Webinar

Jakarta, July 13th, 2023 – In its pursuit to establish a strong vision and mission focused on achieving operational excellence and enhancing customer experience at Branches and Sites, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) is conducting the Command Center 2023 webinar. The theme for this event is “Harmonize and Collaborate: Teaming up in the Digital Era to Achieve Customer Experience through Operational Excellence.” The webinar was held in a hybrid format at the UT Command Center, with participants joining online via Zoom Meeting.

The primary objectives of this webinar are to familiarize UT’s workforce with the new working mode, ensure that operations fully grasp the vision and mission of the UT Command Center, and provide information to branches, sites, and all relevant departments about the impact of the UT Command Center.

Andrie Permadi Permana, the Head of the Customer Contact & Command Center Department at UT, highlighted the strategic significance of the UT Command Center as an initiative to enhance differentiation from competitors in alignment with the 3D (Differentiation, Diversification, and Digitalization) strategy.

“Given the rapid pace of technological advancements, competition has become increasingly intense. Through the UT Command Center, we aim to tackle various challenges by delivering exceptional customer experiences, thus achieving operational excellence,” said Andrie Permadi Permana.

This webinar is intended to foster better operational excellence at Branches and Sites through collaborative efforts with the PIC HO (Head Office) and other relevant departments. As additional information, the UT Command Center is an operational control facility designed to ensure and enhance the customer experience for UT’s products and services. Notable features developed within the UT Command Center include Parts Order Tracking, AR Robust, Customer Equipment Monitoring, and Customer Handling Management.
