Jakarta, March 27, 2024 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) successfully conducted its In-House Astra Friendly Company (AFC) Module 1 Training on March 25-26, 2024. The training aimed to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) awareness, boost employee motivation, expand knowledge, and foster synergy among participants. The training was attended by employees from Astra Heavy Equipment, Mining, Construction, and Energy (AHEMCE). The training was conducted in a hybrid format, with participants attending both in-person and virtually from the Discovery Room at UT’s Corporate University.
Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESR) Astra served as the training provider, delivering comprehensive insights into the AFC concept, and implementation. ESR Astra’s specially selected trainers ensured that the training sessions were informative, engaging, and interactive.
The training also focused on enhancing employee motivation, knowledge, and synergy. Through a series of interactive training sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of AFC principles and how to effectively apply them within their respective AHEMCE business units.
This training marks a significant step forward in UT’s ongoing efforts to promote an eco-friendly and sustainable corporate culture. The company is committed to continuing these initiatives to achieve its shared vision of creating a positive impact on the environment and society.
