Jakarta, May 8th,2023 – Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE) held the 2023 Halal Bi-halal with the theme “Comeback Stronger, Shine Together.” Executives and all AHEMCE employees attended this event in the Al Furqan mosque, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT). This event was also held online via Zoom Meeting, attended by UT employees from Branches and Sites.
The 2023 AHEMCE Halal Bi-halal aims to increase the synergy between Executives and AHEMCE employees. This is a form of strengthening Good Corporate Governance (GCG) implementation within the AHEMCE Group.
In his speech, the President Director of United Tractors, Frans Kesuma, said that all AHEMCE must strengthen employees bonding through mutual forgiveness post Eid. “My advice to AHEMCE colleagues is let us strengthen good relations so we could face challenges together in the midst of increasingly fierce competition,” said Frans Kesuma.
The event began with video summarising Ramadan activities by the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM), Mars UT, and Bagimu Negeri. Followed by a live performance and recitation of the holy Quran.
The next agenda is the discourse by Ustadz Ali Hasan Al Bahar. Lc., MA, who is Deputy Secretary General of the MUI Leadership Council. A speech was followed by Frans Kesuma as UT President Director and the event was closed with live performance of Rampak Beduk and a joint prayer. This Halal Bi-halal is expected to maintain harmony among fellow employees and create a healthy and productive work environment.
