West Lombok, September 15th,2023 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) Site Sumbawa collaborated with the Santiri Foundation to organize a Leadership, Intrapreneurship and Digital Innovation (LIDI) training. This collaboration aims to improve the competence of the regional youth, as well as support the local government programs to produce a young generation who are creative, innovative and have a leadership spirit. In its implementation, this training was held at Madani Super Camp, West Lombok-NTB, and was attended by 40 young people from several regions in Indonesia.
This activity took place on 14-17 September 2023, starting with Sendikala Camp. Furthermore, it continued with a sharing season between participants and presenters regarding Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Digital Innovation, and cultural and religious diversity in Indonesia.
Next, the event will continue in October 2023 with the highlight of the LIDI Keduri event, a cultural activity inviting all groups, especially the millennial generation, to re-recognise and apply important values. In addition, increasing participants’ awareness of the importance of combining modern science and technology with local culture, as well as delivering economic, ecological and social aspects of fair and sustainable elements at all levels, from the most micro to the macro.
Through this collaboration, it is hoped that the younger generation can use the expression for cultural space as an opportunity to improve their talents for leadership, entrepreneurship and digital innovations. In addition, it can strengthen the relationship between UT Site Sumbawa and the regional government to consistently collaborate in the future.
