From Innovation to Achievement, United Tractors Group Wins 11 Awards at the 41st InnovAstra Event

PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) and its subsidiaries, including PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining), PT Tuah Turangga Agung (Turangga Resources), and PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACSET), successfully win awards at the 41st InnovAstra event. This annual forum, organized by PT Astra International Tbk (Astra), recognizes innovation and continuous improvement within the Astra Group. With the theme “Drive Performance & Lead Transformation,” this event serves as a platform for Astra employees to implement creative ideas that positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. The event is held in person at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra, Jakarta, on February 18, 2025.

There are five innovation categories in this competition: Suggestion System (SS), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Quality Control Project (QCP), Business Performance Improvement (BPI), Value Chain Innovation (VCI), and Design Thinking (DT). At this event, UT wins 3rd place in the VCI category, 3rd place in the BPI category, and 1st place in the QCC NT category. PAMA secures 1st place in the VCI DT category, 2nd place in the BPI category, 3rd place in the QCC T category, and 1st place in the QCC NT category. KPP Mining receives Special Recognition in the BPI category and wins 3rd place in the SS category. Turangga Resources claims 1st place in the VCI category, while ACSET earns Special Recognition in the VCI category.

The evaluation indicators in this event are based on Astra’s working principles, namely the winning concept, winning team, and winning system (3W). Through this achievement, the UT Group hopes to be further motivated to continue innovating, create sustainable solutions, and positively contribute to Indonesian society.
