Jakarta, July 24, 2024 – PT Bina Pertiwi (BP) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), subsidiaries of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), wins the 2024 HR Excellence Awards Indonesia award. Lighthouse Independent Media Pte Ltd (Human Resources Online) presented these awards to BP and PAMA to recognize their success in developing outstanding human resources through various innovations. The award ceremony takes place at the Java Ballroom, The Westin Jakarta.
BP wins the Bronze Medal in the category of Excellence in Workplace Well-being. In this category, BP was recognized for creating a positive work environment that promotes the well-being of employees both mentally and physically.
Various employee well-being programs were designed to improve quality of life and productivity, including corporate wellness programs focusing on physical health and facilities for employees to engage in sports and arts hobbies. Additionally, BP consistently provides education through seminars and training on the importance of physical, mental, and financial health.

In these categories, PAMA was recognized for successfully transforming its HR management system and providing sustainable positive impacts. Additionally, PAMA is acknowledged for implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles, vital to creating a dynamic and innovative work environment.
