Jakarta, February 14th,2023 – The UT Group won another victory at the 39th InnovAstra award event with “Accelerating the Transition Through InnovAstra” as the theme. This award was held through live streaming, and was opened directly by Fachrul Bahtiar, 39th Chairman of InnovAstra. Then, this event was followed by a speech by Djony Bunarto Tjondro, President Director of Astra International, who appreciated and motivated the finalists and innovation drivers within Astra Group.
“Innovations must be balanced with the ability to survive, adapt, and develop in parallel so that our steps are swift, fast, precise, and rhythmic in a turbulent situation. It is essential for a corporation to continue to learn, be prepared, and be careful in making transitions filled with high levels of competition, changing landscapes, and challenges. By accelerating the Transition through Innovation, Astra’s foothold is hoped to become stronger to achieve Astra’s 2030 goal, namely “Pride of the Nation.” said Djony Bunarto Tjondro, President Director of Astra International.
The main event in this session was the awards given to the best Astra subsidiaries that have successfully implemented innovations in their respective companies. This year, there are more than 1.4 million innovation projects collected from Astra Group all across Indonesia. UT Group sent 39 finalists to this event, of which 26 finalists managed to qualify as grand finalists, and 16 of them won the Championship. This victory fosters UT Group’s enthusiasm to continue bringing the best legacy and grow quality and beneficial innovation projects for all of us.
