Jakarta, June 7th, 2023 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) strives for sustainability in Indonesia through several CSR program initiatives in the environmental, education, health, disaster and economic sectors. Due to its consistency, UT wins again two TOP CSR Awards 2023 in the TOP CSR Awards 2023 Star 4 category and TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2023, which was given to Frans Kesuma (President Director of UT). This award was given directly by TOP Business to Himawan Sutanto (UT CSR Manager) at the Raffles Hotel, Kuningan Jakarta.
In addition, UT’s subsidiaries also received this award, including PT Asmin Bara Baronang, PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral and PT Telen Orbit Prima in the TOP CSR Awards 2023 Star 5 category and TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2023. The o awards are concrete proof that The UT Group consistently contributes positively to society and the environment in Indonesia.

The 2023 TOP CSR Awards theme is “CSR Innovation Programs for Sustainable Business Growth”. This means that CSR not only provides social benefits for society and the environment but must also be aligned with business strategy and support the achievement of business targets so that the Company’s performance can grow sustainably.
Top CSR Awards 2023 Star 4 is an award for programs with systems, policies and implementation of the Company’s CSR that are at the “VERY GOOD” level and have supported a sustainable business growth strategy, especially related to CSR alignment with CSR strategies and initiatives that adopt CSV (Creating Shared Value) and ISO 26000 SR.
In addition, the TOP Leader on CSR award is an award given to a Business Leader or President Director/Highest Leader in a company who is considered to have a high commitment to supporting the completeness of the system, governance, and the successful implementation of CSR in the Company.
Through this award, it is hoped that the UT Group will continue to carry out CSR programs that are not only focused on Community Development and Involvement (or CID-Community Involvement and Development) but also CSR activities that are aligned and relevant to the 7 (seven) Core Subjects in ISO26000.
