Commemorating National Health Day, United Tractors Organizes Healthy School Action at SMKN 1 Semarang, Central Java

The implementation of the Healthy Schools Action organized by United Tractors through the UT Youth Movement program in collaboration with the Aorta Community at SMKN 1 Semarang, Central Java.

PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) demonstrated its commitment to health by collaborating with the Aorta Community to organize the “Healthy School Action” event at SMKN 1 Semarang, Central Java. The event’s theme was “Self-Exploration: From Emotion to Action,” and it aimed to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding of the importance of mental health in schools. This event occurred on November 12, 2024, and was attended by 100 students from SMKN 1 Semarang. The activities included opening remarks and a presentation by psychologist Aprilia Pradita, M.Psi, on topics such as recognizing emotions, managing emotions, empathy, and coping with daily stress. This presentation aimed to help students recognize and manage their emotions through techniques like breathing exercises and positive thinking.

Additionally, there will be an interactive workshop on the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Test. The purpose of this workshop is to enhance students’ understanding of emotions and empathy during their interactions with others. Participants will have the opportunity to express their emotions through drawing or painting. The event will conclude with a support group session, where students can share their experiences and offer mutual support. Through this initiative, UT aims to make a positive contribution to the development of the younger generation by helping them realize their potential within the school environment. This aligns with the company’s commitment to improving Indonesian human resources (HR) by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into each of its programs.
