PT BINA PERTIWI

PT Bina Pertiwi (BP) distributes and leases Kubota farm tractors, Kubota and Komatsu generators, Komatsu mini excavators, and Komatsu forklifts. BP also sells commodity parts and manages a 1×450 KW Kalipelus Mini Hydro Power Plant in Banjarnegara, Central Java, with an estimated annual production of 3 million kWh.

PT UNITED TRACTORS PANDU ENGINEERING

PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of heavy equipment components and attachments. Additionally, UTPE has a subsidiary focused on coal transportation via seas and rivers.

PT KOMATSU REMANUFACTURING ASIA

PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (KRA), based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, provides reconditioning services for Komatsu engines and components.

PT ENERGIA PRIMA NUSANTARA

Established on February 28, 2014, PT Energia Prima Nusantara operates in the electric power industry, focusing on generation, transmission, distribution, and sales. By the end of 2021, the company consolidated and restructured its energy sector entities under PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), part of the United Tractors (UT) group. This shift changed the ownership structure from Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) holding a 99.99% stake and PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) holding 0.001% to a new split where UT holds 51% and PAMA holds 49%.

PT AGINCOURT RESOURCES

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) engages in the exploration, mining, and mineral processing of gold and silver bullion. Its sole operating site, the Martabe Gold Mine in Sumatra, covers an area of 130,300 hectares. This mine operates under a sixth-generation Contract of Work (CoW) encompassing a total area of 1,303 km².
