The award was presented during the 2024 SPS North Sumatra Awarding Night, which took place on November 15, 2024, in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Mercure Hotel in Medan, North Sumatra. 

The presentation of the award was delivered by Januar P. Ruswita, the Chairman of Central SPS, and Farianda Putra Sihik, the Chairman of North Sumatra SPS, to Reni Radhan, the Public Relations Manager of PTAR. This award recognizes PTAR for its contribution to media development through ongoing collaboration with local and national media outlets.
