Preparing Quality Future Leaders, United Tractors Organizes AHEMCE Advance Leadership Program 2024

On February 25, 2024, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), through United Tractors Corporate University (UT CorpU), hosted the AHEMCE Advance Leadership Program (AALP) 2024 – Award Ceremony and Leadership Talk. This event was aimed at appreciating and fostering leadership development within AHEMCE, comprising two key components: the Award Ceremony, which honored the remarkable dedication and achievements of AALP 2024 participants and mentors, and the Leadership Talk featuring a keynote address by Retno Marsudi, the former Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs. She spoke on “Transformational Leadership in the Era of Global Geopolitical Change.” The event took place in the Discovery Room at UT CorpU in Jakarta.

The assessment indicators for the Award Ceremony include an initial selection process, administration, Transformational Leadership Knowledge assessment, English proficiency, Leadership Group Discussion (LGD), active participation in training sessions, mentoring, and the development of innovation projects. These indicators ensure that leadership development focuses not only on theoretical knowledge but also on its practical application in the business world.

As part of its human resource development strategy, this event supports the People Fit initiative through inter-company collaboration to accelerate competency enhancement (reskilling and upskilling) in response to the ever-evolving business landscape. By combining theoretical and practical learning, this program is designed to equip participants with transformational leadership insights, business acumen, and a deep understanding of business operations in the industry.
