Jakarta, January 21, 2025 – Welcoming the new year and setting work performance targets, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) organizes the Astra Heavy Equipment, Mining, Construction, and Energy (AHEMCE) Kick-Off 2025 under the theme “Growing and Evolving.” This strategic event aims to prepare all AHEMCE personnel for the challenges and opportunities throughout 2025. The event takes place in a hybrid format, occurring in the UT Head Office Ballroom and virtually via Zoom Meeting, allowing participation from AHEMCE employees in branches and sites across the country.
During the event, President Director UT, Frans Kesuma, delivers his keynote speech, highlighting global challenges, including competitive pressures in various business lines, which are expected to persist in 2025. He outlines the Company’s steps to balance its business portfolio by expanding into non-coal sectors as part of the Non-Coal Transformation Transition Period 2030–2050. Workers Union Chairman UT, Muhammad Rukanda, also expresses the Company’s contributions to employees through various programs and recognition initiatives. These efforts serve as a vital foundation for strengthening employee collaboration and unity to support AHEMCE’s business sustainability.
The event coincides with the opening of UT’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month, which runs from January to April 2025. It is hoped that all AHEMCE personnel consistently work hard and smart, remain agile and dynamic, and maintain optimism and high spirits to seize every opportunity ahead.
