The Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), Chinthya Theresa has been distinguished with the 2024 Indonesia Most Powerful Women Award in the category of Supporting the Development of Renewable Energy within the Coal Mining Contractor HerStory Indonesia confers this prestigious award in recognition of her substantial contributions to the advancement of the green energy sector and her steadfast commitment to promoting an inclusive work environment. The award presentation occurred on 12 November 2024. It was carried out by Muhamad Ihsan, the CEO of HerStory, alongside Rini Handayani, the Acting Deputy for Gender Equality at the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA). The award was received on behalf of Chinthya Theresa by her representative, Maria Cesilia Hapsari, Head of the Corporate Secretary and Compliance Department of PAMA.
This award was an evaluative desk research method through media monitoring analysis, both mainstream media, social media, and company publications. This award is aimed at women who hold strategic positions such as President Director/President Director, Chief Officer, and members of the Board of Directors. This award is concrete evidence of the Company’s commitment to supporting the involvement of women at various levels of positions, including at the top management level.
