PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), through its UT Contact Center (UTCall), won an award at the Best Contact Center Indonesia 2024 event organized by the Indonesian Contact Center Association (ICCA). In this event, UT won first place with a Platinum rating in the Teamwork and Best Telesales Team (Small) category. This award is a form of appreciation and recognition for companies in the contact center industry that have provided the best service to their customers. The award was presented in person by the Chairman of ICCA, Andi Anugerah, to UT Telesales, Eva Masrifah, and the UTCall team, Ahmad Rizky, at Hotel Bidakara, Jakarta, on (11/09/2024).

The assessment indicators in the Teamwork and Best Telesales Team (Small) categories received by UT consist of team negotiation skills and sales transaction closures. The UT team achieved the largest transaction value in the sales process, thus obtaining a Platinum rating in this event. In addition, this event also serves as a platform for leading companies to share experiences and insights regarding the latest innovations and strategies in contact center management.

This award motivates UT to continue improving the quality of contact center services through UTCall, hoping to inspire other UT Group companies. This aligns with UT’s mission to establish itself as a reliable partner that promotes environmentally, socially, and governance (ESG) conscious, effective, and responsible business practices.
