Jakarta, Indonesia – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) participated in the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC), held on March 7–10, 2024, at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Hall Senayan, Jakarta. At this exhibition, UT showcased the best Scania products. UT’s participation in this exhibition is a commitment to continue presenting the best quality bus and truck products supported by excellent after-sales services to advance its customers’ businesses in the Indonesian market.
UT returned with the theme “Leading Provider of Sustainable Transport Solution: Energy Efficiency, Renewable, Fuels, Smart, and Safe Transport”, presenting an environmentally friendly booth with a sustainable atmosphere.
This year, UT exhibited the best product from the Swedish brand, Scania, bringing K410CB-6X24 and K450CB-6X24 bus units and the P320-A6X4 truck. These products are environmentally friendly and offer comfort, safety, and various other supporting features that are not only felt by passengers but also by drivers.
In addition, UT also presented the UT Connect Corner, an application that can be accessed via mobile phones and websites for all bus and truck spare parts needs, as well as regular monitoring of customer units. There is also the UTGPS corner, UT’s excellent after-sales service that guarantees the timeliness of spare parts delivery, mechanic dispatch, and unit work. This is proof of UT’s seriousness towards customer satisfaction by prioritizing service and product quality.
During the exhibition, UT also invited its loyal customers to enjoy and see firsthand the products and innovations from UT and Scania. Invited customers will also receive awards for their cooperation and collaboration with UT in their contribution to creating a sustainable transportation system.
