To appreciate the security unit’s performance in implementing excellent services, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) organizes a video competition on implementing security services in all branches and sites. This competition aims to strengthen the commitment to ensuring the security of employees, customers, and company assets.
The competition takes place from July 31 to September 10, 2023. The competition has three video categories: spirit rally video, security guard skills, and customer service. There are nine winners from various branches and sites from the three categories.
The security service implementation video competition aims to ensure Memo 023/13/9972/III/2029 regarding training instructions as an indicator of security service. Furthermore, it aims to improve security members’ attitudes, behaviors, and pride in securing branches and sites. Additionally, it aims to ensure compliance with the rules and standards of the Security Operational Index (SOI) and Astra Security Management System (ASMS).
This award is hoped to motivate security personnel to improve their performance and skills continually. Moreover, all security personnel can actively support UT’s commitment to providing the best service to customers.
