Overview

The Company is a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (“Astra”), a well-established and one of the largest business groups in Indonesia, with extensive experience of serving various industries and sectors. Since September 19, 1989, the Company has become a public company by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (formerly the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange). To date, Astra owns 59.5% of the Company’s shares, with the remaining shares held by the public.

Currently, the Company is a key player in various sectors and industries in the country through its five business pillars, namely Construction Machinery, Mining Contracting, Mining, Construction Industry and Energy.
