Jakarta, August 11th, 2022 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) through the Health CSR program (UTCARE) Posyandu & Posbindu Siaga, inaugurated 25 cadres of the Srikandi Lestari organization cadres, who had previously attended the capacity building training related to health services. The cadres are structurally inaugurated, and their roles and enthusiasm were strengthened to participate in bringing national health development to success through strategic, planned, measurable and targeted efforts.
Kader Srikandi Lestari is a community of cadres of coaches and trainers from UT CSR-assisted Posyandu / Posbindu, whose members are selected through a competency selection test related to basic community health knowledge and skills. Srikandi Lestari cadres are also the extension of health workers who play an important role in improving family health as they are considered capable of reaching the community.
Apart from Kader Srikandi Lestari, UT also has a number of other fostered communities, which are UT Youth Movement, UT Fostered School (SOBAT), Berdaya Bersama, UT Inspiring Youth, and UT Fostered SMEs. The establishment of UT fostered communities is the company’s initiative to make a positive contribution to society that is in line with ESG and sustainable business principles.
This activity was attended by dr. Imran Agus Nurali, Sp.KO, Director of Health Promotion and Community Empowerment – Ministry of Health, dr. Dani Ferdian, M.K.M., Sp.KKLP as Director of Synergi Medical Health Services & Consultant, and Meyta Hutapea as Team Leader of UT’s CSR for Health.
